When is U.S. shipping free?

Orders shipping to U.S. addresses qualify when the subtotal is over $50 USD after discounts and before taxes. No code is needed. An order at $50.00 does not qualify; $50.01 does. Read the shipping policy.

How do I get help with an order?

Contact us with your order number and the email used at checkout. For an order that has shipped, check the tracking details in your shipping confirmation.

I have not received my confirmation email. What should I do?

Check your spam or promotions folder. If it has been more than 24 hours, start a chat at the bottom of any page with the name and email used for the order.

Can I change an order after checkout?

How do I register my tool?

Register your tool within 90 days of the original purchase date. Have the product name, purchase date and where you bought it ready. Keep your receipt, since you will need it if you ever file a warranty claim. Community membership or a store account does not register your tool.

What does the limited warranty cover?

Eligible tools are covered for manufacturer defects resulting from normal use and proper maintenance. Coverage is 1 year from the date of purchase, and the tool must be registered within 90 days of purchase. The warranty is available in the continental United States. Read all terms and exclusions.

Is there a replacement fee?

Yes. Approved replacements require a $24.95 shipping, handling and processing fee, even if the product is confirmed defective. You pay it when you submit your warranty claim online. If your claim is not approved, the $24.95 is refunded. A replacement keeps the remaining coverage from the original warranty.

Where can I find instructions for my product?

Find your product tutorial by category, product name or SKU. Match your exact model and follow the manual supplied with your tool for settings, voltage and attachment compatibility. If you still need help, use our contact form or start a chat at the bottom of any page.

Which tool or hair care product should I choose?

How do I send a receipt or photos?

Start with your shipping email

Your shipping confirmation has the tracking link. That's the freshest info there is, straight from the carrier (UPS, USPS or FedEx). It'll show where the package is and when it should land.

Past 10 business days?

That's longer than it should take. Send your order number and the email you used at checkout through the chat at the bottom of the page and we'll chase it. Bought from another store? That store has your tracking, so ask them first.

How free U.S. shipping works

Spend over $50 and shipping is on us. Here's the fine print, minus the fine.

The number

$50.01 or more (after discounts, before tax) qualifies. Exactly $50.00 doesn't. No code needed, it applies by itself at checkout.

What it doesn't cover

Orders of $50 or less show a shipping charge at checkout. The $24.95 warranty replacement fee is its own thing and isn't waived by free shipping.

Tracking says delivered, but I can't find the package

Open the tracking page and look for a delivery photo or note (side door, mailroom, leasing office). Ask the people you live with and your building's front desk. Carriers also sometimes mark a package delivered a day early.

That's not how it's supposed to go, and we'll make it right. Bought it somewhere else?

What does my tool's warranty cover?

If your tool fails because of how it was made, that's on us. Here's how it works.

How long

1 year from the date of purchase, as long as you register within 90 days. Continental U.S. only. A replacement keeps whatever time is left on the original warranty, it doesn't restart the clock.

What's not covered

Drops, water, misuse, skipping the care instructions, repairs by someone other than us, and tools bought from unauthorized sellers. The warranty page has the full list.
